Founded by Varun Sarna, this is a spirit shaped by two worlds: the ancient rituals of India and the experimental creativity of global bars. It draws from the pulse of India`s roadside mixologists, reverence of family traditions, and the raw power of whole ingredients.
We source ginger from wherever it grows best - Peru, Thailand, and often Karnataka. Our jaggery comes from Tamil Nadu, suspended somewhere between raw and refined. Himalayan salt adds texture. Traditional amchur, Raw Mango and lime bring a citrus edge.
In India, flavour isn’t measured. It’s felt.
